Security

Cumberland Court will have personnel stationed at the entrance to monitor all traffic entering and exiting the neighborhood during business hours. Additionally, street lights and security cameras offer a greater level of security.

Minor Maintenance

The Concierge is capable of performing light duty maintenance inside and outside your home. Duties such as; replacing light bulbs, hanging various items, assist with heavy lifting.

Landscape Maintenance

Landscape maintenance is provided by a designated landscape company, chosen by the HOA and paid from the HOA dues. Duties performed include, but not limited to, mowing, weed-eating, edging, leaf clean-up, pruning, etc.

While You're Away:

While you're on vacation, and per your request, the Cumberland Concierge offers the following available services and will consider additional requests:

• Pick up mail, newspapers and packages and securely store items until you return.
• If you plan to be away for an extended period of time, the Concierge will coordinate any regularly scheduled deliveries.
• If requested, pool and spa maintenance.
• If you plan to be away during the weekly garbage pick-up, the Concierge will move the can(s) accordingly.
• The Concierge can coordinate boarding your pet.
• You may designate the Concierge to be the point of contact for any alarm issues that may arise.
